Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
- 1 pound strawberries, halved
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make strawberry cheesecake

Step 1Beat cream cheese until smooth with electric mixer. Gradually add sugar. Beat in sour cream & vanilla until just combined. Fold in cool whip.

Step 2Scrap mixture into pie crust.

Step 3Starting in the center arrange strawberries in a circular pattern.

Step 4Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
