I don't really care for cheesecake but I made this cheesecake for a friend and it was delish....

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
1 pound strawberries, halved
1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make strawberry cheesecake

Step 1

Beat cream cheese until smooth with electric mixer. Gradually add sugar. Beat in sour cream & vanilla until just combined. Fold in cool whip.

Step 2

Scrap mixture into pie crust.
Step 3

Starting in the center arrange strawberries in a circular pattern.
Step 4

Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
