How to Make Strawberry Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Clean and prepare strawberries. Keep some of the prettier berries whole for garnish.
  2. Prepare cake mix following directions on box. fold one cup of coarsly chopped berries into batter. Bake in prepared pan. either 9 x 12 or two round cake pans.
  3. Let cake cool completely. Mix pudding mix with one cup milk just until blended and soft set. Fold in 8 oz of Cool whip and another cup of chopped berries. Frost cake. garnish with whole berries. See, I told you it was easy
  4. Keep cake refrigerated
