Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons knox gelatin
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 - small angel food cake
- FROSTING
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
- - fluffy coconut
How To Make snow ball cake

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Step 2Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Let stand until slightly thickened.

Step 3Fold in one cup heavy (whipped) cream and angel food cake cut in small pieces.

Step 4Line large bowl with wax paper and pour mixture into it.

Step 5When set, turn out on large plate; cover with 1 cup whipped cream and coconut (frosting).
