Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons knox gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - small angel food cake
  • FROSTING
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • - fluffy coconut

How To Make snow ball cake

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Let stand until slightly thickened.
  • Step 3
    Fold in one cup heavy (whipped) cream and angel food cake cut in small pieces.
  • Step 4
    Line large bowl with wax paper and pour mixture into it.
  • Step 5
    When set, turn out on large plate; cover with 1 cup whipped cream and coconut (frosting).
