How to Make simplest cheesecake
- beat cream cheese until smooth
- add condensed milk and beat until smooth
- add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth
- pour in to crust and bake at 400* for the first 10 minutes, and then turn oven temperature down to 350* and continue to bake about 45 minutes longer.
- turn oven off and open oven door and let cool completely.
- adding a pan of water to the oven helps keep moisture in the oven and helps to keep it from cracking
