this is just a quick and easy cheesecake. you can add any flavoring in place of the vanilla, or you can even add 3 tbs of liquor to flavor this. I use this recipe and add broken up oreo cookies to it and use oreo cookie crumbs for the crust. with this recipe you can add anything you like to it.

Ingredients For simplest cheesecake

  • 24 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust , or other cookie crust

How To Make simplest cheesecake

  • 1
    beat cream cheese until smooth
  • 2
    add condensed milk and beat until smooth
  • 3
    add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth
  • 4
    pour in to crust and bake at 400* for the first 10 minutes, and then turn oven temperature down to 350* and continue to bake about 45 minutes longer.

    turn oven off and open oven door and let cool completely.

    adding a pan of water to the oven helps keep moisture in the oven and helps to keep it from cracking
