Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon shellback spice rum
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter milk
  • FROSTING
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • - hot water
  • - vanilla extract
  • - sprinkle with peacan pieces

How To Make rum delight

  • Step 1
    cake blend eggs butter soft butter sugar extracts , until smooth sift flour baking powder add to mixer beginning and ending with milks bake at 320* for 1 hour and 30 mins.
  • Step 2
    frosting powder sugar 1/2cup add a teaspoon of hot water. add vanilla extract then once your cake has cooled sprinkle peacan pieces and add your frosting to the cake
  • Step 3
    and enjoy!
