Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon shellback spice rum
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- FROSTING
- 1 teaspoon rum
- - hot water
- - vanilla extract
- - sprinkle with peacan pieces
How To Make rum delight

Step 1cake blend eggs butter soft butter sugar extracts , until smooth sift flour baking powder add to mixer beginning and ending with milks bake at 320* for 1 hour and 30 mins.

Step 2frosting powder sugar 1/2cup add a teaspoon of hot water. add vanilla extract then once your cake has cooled sprinkle peacan pieces and add your frosting to the cake
