  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 2/3 c
    root beer

How to Make Root Beer Cake


  1. Combine all cake ingredients and blend on low speed.Increase to medium speed an bear for another 3 minutes
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 8x12 and bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  3. FROSTING; 1/4 cup butter softened,1/8 teaspoon salt,2 cups confectioners sugar,2-4 tablespoons milk,1/3 cup rootbeer chilled.Beat together butter,salt,confectioners sugar,and milk.Add enough rootbeer to make frosting spreadable.
