I love rocky road ice cream and figured " there's got to be a way to make a cake that's got the same ingredients," except for ice cream, of course, lol. I thought it came out real good.

Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, divded
1/2 cup fluff brand marshmellow creme

How To Make rocky road cake

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. To cake batter, in lg bowl, stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts.

Step 2

Pour mix into pan. Bake about 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let cool some, then invert onto plate and let cool.
Step 3

In microwaveable bowl, melt marshmellow creme. Pour over cake. Sprinkle w/ remaining chocolate chips and walnuts.
