Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 1 box jiffy white cake mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup cool whip or ice cream for top

How To Make rhubarb crumble

  • Step 1
    Cut rhubarb in to small pieces spread evenly into bottom of 7x11 baking pan sprinkle Sugar over and pkg of jello dry over the top then 1 pkg of cake mix dry over the top pour over all 1 cup boiling water and drizzle melted butter over all Bake 1 hour at 350* top with your choice, cool whip or ice cream
