Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box strawberry jello
- 1 box jiffy white cake mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 cup cool whip or ice cream for top
How To Make rhubarb crumble

Step 1Cut rhubarb in to small pieces spread evenly into bottom of 7x11 baking pan sprinkle Sugar over and pkg of jello dry over the top then 1 pkg of cake mix dry over the top pour over all 1 cup boiling water and drizzle melted butter over all Bake 1 hour at 350* top with your choice, cool whip or ice cream
