red velvet cupcake with white chocolate frosting
I am baking these simple "mix and bake" cupcakes in response to my relative's request after she had her red velvet birthday cake. It is a rather trendy cupcake and if you do not like coloring, just omit the coloring and become a moist chocolate cupcake. I have used white chocolate in both the cupcakes and frosting. White chocolate frosting are less common and may be you want to give it a try. Newbie in frosting and therefore still needs improvement.
