- 3lbs - fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/2 pound sugar
- zest of 1 ounce lemon
- zest of 1 - orange
- - butter for coating
How To Make real italian cheese cake

Step 1in a bowl mix together all ingredients, very well.

Step 2coat sides and bottom of a 9''spring form cake pan.

Step 3bake for 30m minutes at 425. then continue baking at 380 for an additional 40 minutes .

Step 4let it cool ,and serve . enjoy !
