Only three ingredients for this moist, tasty treat. The applesauce replaces the egg and half the water called for. My husband likes a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream and a spoonful of hot caramel sauce on his, but I think it's perfect just plain.

- 1 box gingerbread mix
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1Stir 'em all together, then spoon into 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Great while it's still warm, but just as good after it cools
