pumpkin spice fruit and nut cake
I just love these holiday coffee creamer flavors and they add such wonder flavor to your baked goods. This is not a fruit and nut cake as in the traditional fruit and nut cakes but just enough to beef up the pumpkin. It is really moist with lots of surprises in every bite. My family really liked this cake and I hope that you do to. You can bake this in a regular cake pan also.

Ingredients
- 10 - maraschino cherries cut into 4ths
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup pumpkin spice coffee creamer
How To Make pumpkin spice fruit and nut cake

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil or butter bundt pan

Step 2mix together the butter, eggs, sugar, creamer, and pumpkin.

Step 3Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Once it is mixed add the cherries that are quartered, the raisins and the nuts. Incorporate well.

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Be sure to let the cake cool before removing it from the bundt pan. You can also make a glaze with 1-2 teaspoons of the creamer and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
