10maraschino cherries cut into 4ths
1 cchopped walnuts
1 tspbaking powder
3/4 cpumpkin spice coffee creamer
How to Make Pumpkin Spice Fruit and Nut Cake
- preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil or butter bundt pan
- mix together the butter, eggs, sugar, creamer, and pumpkin.
- Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Once it is mixed add the cherries that are quartered, the raisins and the nuts. Incorporate well.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Be sure to let the cake cool before removing it from the bundt pan.
You can also make a glaze with 1-2 teaspoons of the creamer and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
