Delicious!! That pretty much sums it up! I have been making these for many years and swear there isnt anything better out there for a pumpkin bar. Trust me!

Ingredients For pumpkin bars

  • 1 - 15oz can
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice

How To Make pumpkin bars

    Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10 jelly roll pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and frost with a cream cheese frosting, cool whip or any topping of your choice. I use a cream cheese frosting which consists of the following: 1- 8oz. Cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 3-4 cups powdered sugar 2-3 TLBS. milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract Beat together ingredients on low speed until nice and smooth. You can add more powdered sugar or milk if you need too. This makes plenty of frosting.
