Delicious!! That pretty much sums it up! I have been making these for many years and swear there isnt anything better out there for a pumpkin bar. Trust me!

Alot- 15x10 jelly roll pan
Ingredients
- 1 - 15oz cans pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
How To Make pumpkin bars

Step 1Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Step 2Add dry ingredients and mix well

Step 3Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10 jelly roll pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and frost with a cream cheese frosting, cool whip or any topping of your choice. I use a cream cheese frosting which consists of the following: 1- 8oz. Cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 3-4 cups powdered sugar 2-3 TLBS. milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract Beat together ingredients on low speed until nice and smooth. You can add more powdered sugar or milk if you need too. This makes plenty of frosting.
