    pumpkin
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice

How to Make Pumpkin Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  3. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10 jelly roll pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and frost with a cream cheese frosting, cool whip or any topping of your choice. I use a cream cheese frosting which consists of the following:

    1- 8oz. Cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3-4 cups powdered sugar
    2-3 TLBS. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat together ingredients on low speed until nice and smooth. You can add more powdered sugar or milk if you need too. This makes plenty of frosting.
