- 16 ounces box yellow or lemon cake mix
- 3 ounces pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot water
How To Make poppy seed quick bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Line bottom of 2- 8x5-inch loaf pans ,with wax paper ,then spray pan; set aside.

Step 2In your large mixer bowl combine the cake mix and pudding mix dry. Blend . Add the vegetable oil, and hot water.Mix well to blend. Add poppy seeds and eggs.

Step 3Beat mixture for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour evenly into the 2 prepared pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until tested done with wooden toothpick.
