Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 3 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make pineapple pound cake

Step 1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well. Add vanilla extract.Pre heat on 350.

Step 2Sift flour one cup at a time and fold into batter. Do not mix with mixer! Add cup of crushed pineapples.

Step 3I use flour in the can, but you can grease and flour a bundt pan. Add mixure to pan. Bake on 350 for 1hr 15 min or when toothpick comes out clean.

Step 4Pinaapple glaze recipe Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup of crushed pineapples in juice. Pour over cake and enjoy!
