How to Make Pineapple pound cake
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well. Add vanilla extract.Pre heat on 350.
- Sift flour one cup at a time and fold into batter. Do not mix with mixer! Add cup of crushed pineapples.
- I use flour in the can, but you can grease and flour a bundt pan. Add mixure to pan. Bake on 350 for 1hr 15 min or when toothpick comes out clean.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup of crushed pineapples in juice. Pour over cake and enjoy!
