Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box butter recipe cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large banana
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, with juice (do not drain)
- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How To Make pineapple dream cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 cake pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add the eggs, oil, sour cream, and dry cake mix. Mix well for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the undrained pineapple, and blend well. Pour batter into cake pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 3While the cake is baking, make your cream cheese glaze..

Step 4Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla in medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat until smooth. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven. Then spread the glaze on top of cake while it is still has some warmth.
