Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick )
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - 21oz. can pie filling ( i used strawberry)
How To Make pie filling coffee cake

Step 1Mix butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in your mixer until you have a blended fine crumb texture to your mix.

Step 2Reserve a 1/2 cup of crumb mixture aside for topping. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and add to first mixture and stir just until moistened.

Step 3Spread into a 9x13 buttered pan. Top with pie filling of your choice. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
