These little gems were served at a post Christmas get together I recently attended. They were delish and when I heard how easy they were to prepare, I insisted on getting the recipe. The recipe calls for most ingredients you would have in your pantry! They are even better after the next day!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1Mix butter and brown sugar together well; add eggs, flour and nuts.

Step 2Fill greased mini muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes. Yield: 24 muffins. ENJOY!
