Ingredients For banana cake w/ peanut butter frosting

3/4 cbutter, softened

2 csugar

3eggs
-
1 1/2 cripe bananas mashed - about 4 medium

1 1/2 tspvanilla

3 cflour
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspsalt

1 cbuttermilk
- FROSTING

5 - 6 Tbsppeanut butter or more if stronger flavor is desired

3 Tbspbutter, softened

5 cconfectioners' sugar

1/4 - 1/2 cmilk or till desired consistancy
How To Make banana cake w/ peanut butter frosting

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.

2Beat in bananas and vanilla.

3In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Pour batter into prepared pan.

4Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

5For frosting: In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar and enough milk for desired consistency.

6Spread onto the cake. Enjoy this very moist, delicious cake. It's so, so yummy!
