Ingredients

1 box of your favorite yellow cake mix
2 small boxes of instant banana pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup water
4 eggs
2 banana's mashed
3/4 cup peanut butter

FOR THE ICING:

3/4 cup peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter softened
3 - 5 tablespoons milk

How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Bundt Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a large bundt cake pan.
  • 2Combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water and eggs with electric mixer. Add the peanut butter and mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  • 3Pour batter into cake pan and bake 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Once the cake has cooled for at least 10 minutes flip it over and place on a platter or plate. Allow to cool completely before adding the icing.
  • 4For the Icing: Combine powdered sugar, softened butter and milk with an electric mixer. Add the peanut butter and mix until fluffy and smooth.
  • 5Once the cake is completely cool, ice liberally with the icing and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if you wish.
