pap's poppyseed cake
This recipe was given to me years ago and somehow I misplaced it. I finally found it and wanted to share it with all of you. It's good in the mornings with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- - 3 cups flour
- - 1/4 tsp salt
- - 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- - 1 3/4 cups sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 1 1/3 cup oil
- - 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 1 (10 oz) jar of poppyseed filling
How To Make pap's poppyseed cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease a 10 inch tube/bundt pan

Step 2Mix together the flour, salt, baking soda and sugar. Set aside In another bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in oil, evaporated milk and vanilla

Step 3Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry until they're combined. Mix in the jar of poppyseed filling.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to continue cooling.
