Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    fruit pie filling (cherry, peach, berries, apple)
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 2 c
    sticks butter
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)

How to Make Panic Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Place in 9 x 13 inch greased baking pan in oven with pineapple and fruit filling.
  2. Sprinkle cake mix over. Chip butter on top and spread nuts over butter.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Serve up warm in individual bowls topped with vanilla ice cream.
