These are just simply amazing. I made the for a super bowl party last year and only made 1 batch and everyone complained there wasnt enough lol. So this years super bowl party I double it, put that together with cutting them in half and its makes ALOT! Very easy to make and always a hit! Sometimes if you use other brands, of course its not going to come out exactly the same or with the same taste, guess its all in preference, but if you want the same outcome as I got..use the brands listed :)

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package double stuff oreo cookies
  • 1 package reg. oreo cookies
  • 1 cup jif peanut butter

How To Make oreo & peanut butter brownie

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 360 degrees and line a 12 reg. size muffin pan with paper liners.
  • Step 2
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Step 3
Spoon about 1 Tbs. of peanut butter on top of the double stuff oreo, place a reg. oreo on top. Place in paper liner.
  • Step 4
Pour about 1/4 cup of brownie mix (i just pour over the top till I see its about half way covering the oreo's)
  • Step 5
Bake 18-20 min. or until brownies are done (usually look like they are pulling apart at the top kinda like puzzle pieces, at least this is the way it looks using Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies) or gets the flakey look.
  • Step 6
Let sit for about 15 to 20 minutes before cutting. These can be left whole but they are pretty big for one person and easier to eat if you cut them in half (use a sharp knife and cut down quickly)
  • Step 7
Pour a big glass of ice cold milk and enter into a minute of paradise!
