Did You ever just need one more bite of a cupcake? I know I always do, rather than eating a whole second cupcake I always make some minis.
This is just my simple chocolate cupcake, with a chocolate ganache and white frosting.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

3 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 c
sugar
2 1/4 tsp
baking powder
1/3 c
cocoa, unsweetened
1 1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 1/2 c
water
1 1/2 Tbsp
vanilla extract

How to Make One More Bite Basic Chocolate Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
    Sift dry ingredients together in one bowl.
    Mix in mayonnaise.
    Gradually add in water and vanilla, blend well.
  • 2Put in cupcake liners. Standard cupcakes bake from 10-15min. Minis bake from 8-10min.
    Frost with favorite frosting.
    I piped in vanilla frosting and drizzed chocolate ganache. And frosted some with basic chocolate frosting.
    Stack small cupcake on top for Your extra bite!
