I have not personally tried this version of this ice cream cake, but I have had other versions of this and it is soooo good.

Ingredients

1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
8oz packages cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 package jell-o chocolate instant pudding
1 package 16 oreo cookies, chopped (about 2 cups), divided
12 medium vanilla ice cream sandwiches

How To Make no-bake oreo ice cream cake

Step 1

WHISK fudge topping and 1 cup COOL WHIP in medium bowl until blended.

Step 2

Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.
Step 3

Stir in 1 cup cookies
Step 4

ARRANGE 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on 24-inch-long piece of foil; cover with half the COOL WHIP mixture.
Step 5

Repeat layers.
Step 6

Top with remaining sandwiches.
Step 7

Frost with remaining COOL WHIP;
Step 8

press remaining cookies into top and sides of dessert.
Step 9

Wrap loosely with foil.
Step 10

FREEZE 4 hours.
