nelda's cream cheese apple cake
I had a half of block of cream cheese and a can of apples that I couldn't decide what to use them in so this is the recipe I came up with. I used pumpkin spice mix in mine because I really like the flavor of it, but you could use apple spice mix or what ever spice you would prefer. I ate a slice while it was still warm and it was delicious.
