1Cream butter and Crisco; gradually add sugar, beating well after each. Add eggs one at a time, beating well agter each egg. Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with eggnog, beginning and ending with flour and making sure it is blended after each. Stir in coconut and vanilla, lemon, coconut extracts. Pour batter in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and place on plate. I then poke holes with toothpick and make a glaze of Confectioner sugar and milk. Enjoy very good!!
