mom's peanut butter frosting
Since my family loves anything chocolate and/or peanut butter, I created this frosting to go on a chocolate cake or chocolate cupcakes. This is now everyone's favorite birthday frosting! They even like to eat it plain...so watch your bowl like a hawk!

Frosts 1 cake or 24 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter (jiff works well)
- 1 box (1 pound) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup half and half or whole milk
How To Make mom's peanut butter frosting

Step 1Using a food processor, cream the stick of butter and peanut butter. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Pulse and scrape down the sides of the processor until the frosting is of spreading consistency.

Step 2Add additional milk one tablespoon at a time as needed.

Step 3Makes enough frosting to frost one cake or 24 cupcakes.
