mom's mocha chocolate butter frosting
My family LOVES this frosting. It's one of their favorites. The key is using leftover coffee and the food processor. The food processor makes the frosting taste like fudge candy...yum!

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup hershey's cocoa powder
- 1 box (1 pound) powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
How To Make mom's mocha chocolate butter frosting

Step 1Using a food processor, cream the stick of butter. Add the cocoa and pulse until combined. Scrape down sides and then add the powdered sugar, vanilla and coffee.

Step 2Scrape down the sides and add more coffee a tablespoon at a time, if needed, to produce a frosting that’s of spreadable consistency (careful to not make it too juicy).

Step 3Makes enough frosting to frost one cake or 24 cupcakes.
