1 stickunsalted butter
2/3 chershey's cocoa powder
1 box(1 pound) powdered sugar
1/4 ccold coffee
How to Make Mom's Mocha Chocolate Butter Frosting
- Using a food processor, cream the stick of butter. Add the cocoa and pulse until combined. Scrape down sides and then add the powdered sugar, vanilla and coffee.
- Scrape down the sides and add more coffee a tablespoon at a time, if needed, to produce a frosting that’s of spreadable consistency (careful to not make it too juicy).
- Makes enough frosting to frost one cake or 24 cupcakes.
