(1 pound) powdered sugar
How to Make Mom's Mocha Chocolate Butter Frosting
1Using a food processor, cream the stick of butter. Add the cocoa and pulse until combined. Scrape down sides and then add the powdered sugar, vanilla and coffee.
2Scrape down the sides and add more coffee a tablespoon at a time, if needed, to produce a frosting that’s of spreadable consistency (careful to not make it too juicy).
3Makes enough frosting to frost one cake or 24 cupcakes.
