This is a rich, chocolatey, marshmallow cake. The kids really love it. It's important to put the topping on the cake while both are hot. That's what creates the fudgy goodness!

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 3 - squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- TOPPING
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 8 ounces can evaporated milk
- 2 - squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box (1 pound) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounces mini marshmallows

Step 1For cake: Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler (or microwave).

Step 2In a medium mixer bowl, beat eggs until foamy; add sugar and beat well. Add other ingredients and the chocolate mixture – mix well.

Step 3Bake in 13x11-inch pan at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. A 13x9-inch pan works as well.

Step 4For topping: five minutes prior to the cake coming out of the oven, cook the stick of butter, evaporated milk, chocolate and sugar until blended. Remove pan from heat and beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Step 5As soon as the cake is removed from the oven, cover it with 6 ounces mini-marshmallows and pour on hot icing.

Step 6Let stand overnight. RICH! DELICIOUS!
