molten spiced chocolate wine cakes
I keep seeing this recipe in magazines. It is a molten lava, souffle type of dessert. The recipe seemed too easy. Too good to be true. The only downfall was that they need to be served immediately after coming out of the oven. I tend to lean towards desserts that are pre-made. I don't like to mess around with baking after cooking and cleaning up dinner. To save time I made the batter ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator I took it out for 15 minutes before baking. I sprinkled powdered sugar over top and complimented them with cold vanilla bean ice cream.
