Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

How To Make moist pumpkin pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
