This is a recipe a friend gave me years ago but I only tried it just recently. It was delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (i used apple cider vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cold water
- - confectioners sugar for garnish
How To Make moist chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*

Step 2In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Using a spoon make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into one, vinegar into the other and vanilla into the third. Slowly pour water over all . Mix on low speed till thoroughly mixed (batter will be thin).

Step 3Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch square (or 9 inch round) baking dish. Bake at 375* for 30-35 minutes. or till a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
