Ingredients

1 package fudge brownie mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup coke cola soda
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
3-2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
6 tablespoons coke cola soda
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make moist cherry brownies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs and 1/2 cup cola.

Step 2

Mix well, stir in cherries. Spread in pan. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. In another bowl, place powdered sugar.
Step 3

In microwaveable safe bowl, place butter, cola and cocoa. Microwave for 1 min, stir, nicrowave until melted. Pour into powdered sugar, beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread over brownies.
