  • 1 pkg
    fudge brownie mix
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    coke cola soda
  • 1/2 c
    chopped maraschino cherries
  • 3-2/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 stick
    softened butter
  • 6 Tbsp
    coke cola soda
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Moist cherry brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs and 1/2 cup cola.
  2. Mix well, stir in cherries. Spread in pan. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. In another bowl, place powdered sugar.
  3. In microwaveable safe bowl, place butter, cola and cocoa. Microwave for 1 min, stir, nicrowave until melted. Pour into powdered sugar, beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread over brownies.
