Chocolate on chocolate is a bit much for me, so I decided to tinker with her frosting recipe a little and come up with a Mocha version.
How to Make Mocha Frosting
- 1Put butter, vanilla, cocoa powder and coffee into a bowl, then slowly add the powdered sugar. Mix until completely blended.
- 2Makes enough frosting for a nine inch two layer or a 9x13 cake.
- 3(prep time is simply however long it takes a stick of butter to soften) ;)
