Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 - egg
1/2 cup sweet potato baby food
8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream

How To Make mix in the pan cake

Step 1

Melt butter in 9 inch square pan.

Step 2

Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except for sour cream.
Step 3

Mix with fork until smooth and well blended. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
Step 4

Remove from oven and cool. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Store in refrigerator.
