    butter recipe yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3
    large eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin orange slice

  • 12 oz
    whipped topping
  • 1 pkg
    large instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple in juice

How to Make Mandarin Orange Cake


  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cake mix, oil, water, eggs and oranges with juice. Place batter in three greased and floured round pans. Bake 23-25 minutes
  3. Mix filling ingredients together by hand and spread between cooled cake layers and on top and sides of the cake. Keep refrigerated.
