Ingredients
- 1 - white cake mix
- 1 - small pkg strawberry jello
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - egg whites
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, drained
- ICING
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- - juice from frozen strawberries
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make ma-maw's strawberry cake

Step 1Mix together cake mix with strawberry jello mix, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup oil and egg whites. Bake in two 9" greased/floured cake pans for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Step 2Allow cake layers to cool.

Step 3For icing combine juice from strawberries, powdered sugar and butter. Cream together until well blended and creamy - spread on layers of cake, top and sides. Ready to serve
