1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend Lemon Cake Mix with oil, water and Lemon Jello making sure to add only one egg at a time until well blended. * For less cholesterol, you may use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites.
2Mix well for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer and pour into sprayed/greased 13x9 cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven on center rack @ 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out dry.
3For Topping: Stir the Powdered Sugar and Real Lemon Juice together with a wooden spoon in a separate bowl until smooth. While the cake is still warm, pierce holes on top of the cake with a straw and pour topping mixture over the entire cake.
