Ingredients
- 2 cups original bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1/2 cup marshmallows from lucky charms cereal
- garnish - with whipped cream and more of the marshmallows
How To Make lucky charms pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients with a whisk just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup marshmallows.

Step 2Heat griddle, skillet or waffle iron to medium/high heat.(375^). Brush with vegetable oil or spray with cooking oil before heating.

Step 3For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 3 minutes or until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Turn; cook the other side until golden brown and set. Top pancakes with the whipped cream and more marshmallows. (I added some Maple syrup too, over the finished pancakes)
