  • 2 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 large
  • 1 tsp
    green food coloring
  • 1/2 c
    marshmallows from lucky charms cereal
  • garnish
    with whipped cream and more of the marshmallows

How to Make Lucky Charms Pancakes


  1. In a large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients with a whisk just until blended.
    Stir in 1/2 cup marshmallows.
  2. Heat griddle, skillet or waffle iron to medium/high heat.(375^). Brush with vegetable oil or spray with cooking oil before heating.
  3. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 3 minutes or until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. Turn; cook the other side until golden brown and set.
    Top pancakes with the whipped cream and more marshmallows.
    (I added some Maple syrup too, over the finished pancakes)
