Ingredients
-
1 boxwhite cake mix
-
1 boxsmall box of lime jello
-
4eggs
-
3/4 coil
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
2 Tbsplime juice.
How to Make Lime Shamrock Cake
- Preheat oven to 350.
Mix first four ingredients together. Place in a sprayed 9x9 pan and bake until top is golden brown. About 20-25 minutes. - Remove from oven and poke holes all over the entire cake. The center does fall a bit but it' does that.
- Mix powdered sugar and lime juice until a good thick consistency. Maybe like a liquidy pudding. Pour over warm cake.
- I think it's best the next day
