I LOVE anything lemon.............cherry and lemon flavors just seem to go well together.

Ingredients

- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 small box lemon pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 small box cherry jello
- 8 oz. tub cool whip

How To Make lemon cherry delight

Step 1

Prepare cake mix per package directions and bake in a 9x13 pan.

Step 2

Meanwhile, stir jello into 3/4 cup boiling water until dissolved and stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside.
Step 3

After cake cools 20 minutes, poke holes over top with meat fork and slowly pour jello over. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4

Prepare pudding mix per package directions and refrigerate to cool. Spread over cake and top with cool whip.
