How to Make Lemon Bars
- 1In a bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 13x9- inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 2For topping:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
Combine the granulated sugar, flour and baking powder. Stir into the egg mixture. Pour over crust.
- 3Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar.
