1 Tbsplight margarine

4 Tbspunsweetened applesauce

1/4 csplenda (or sugar)

1/2 cegg white

1 tspvanilla

2 cflour
-
3/4 csplenda granular

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1 cfat free sour cream
-
2 cchopped apples
-
topping:
-
2 Tbspchopped walnuts

6 Tbspunsweetened applesauce

1/2 cquick oats
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 csplenda brown sugar blend

2 tspmelted butter
How To Make kim's inspiration apple sour cream cake, diabetic

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.

2Melt margarine and mix with applesauce. Beat applesauce mix with the Splenda or sugar. Add egg whites and vanilla, beat well.

3Sift together flour, Splenda, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the first mixture alternately with 1 cup sour cream. Stir in chopped apples. Spread evenly in greased pan.

4Mix together ingredients for topping. Sprinkle over batter.

5Bake for 35-40 minutes.
