kathy's chocolate cake
I don't know who "Kathy" is, but her cake recipe makes a hit with my family! This recipe was in a collection of recipes sponsored by the League of Women Voters in Orange County in the mid-1970's. It is so moist that no frosting is needed. A chocoholic's dream! I have used various chocolate cake mixes and usually mix in semisweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
