Not Your ordinary gooey bars but You can certainly add nuts, coconut or chocolate to the top. This is such an easy recipe, just a few ingredients. My granddaughter and I made a trial run for her birthday party. These are so much fun and will be a hit for sure! If You like butter sugar cookies these are your bars!

Ingredients

1 - funfetti cake mix or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
2 - eggs
1 can frosting used cream cheese frosting 16oz
- fun color candy jimmys
- pinch of kosher salt (optional)

How To Make juju's fun birthday bars

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 and grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl mix cake mix, eggs and butter. (if You have regular cake add a handful of your sprinkles) Mix well.

Step 2

Press in greased pan. Bake for 12-15min. Til toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3

Let cool before frosting, and sprinkle top with jimmies. I sprinkled with a pinch of kosher salt, this is totally optional) Cut into bars. Color for Your special occasion. Think Il have to do for memorial day and forth of July.
