How To Make it's so yam good cake ; an original recipe

  Step 1
  place entire can of yams, including ALL juices, into mixing bowl. mash with mixer on med. speed untill smoothed as much as you like, there will be a few small lumps tho.
• 
  Step 2
  add eggs & cake mix and beat about 2 minutes on med with electric mixer until well blended.
• Step 3
  place in prepared ( use cooking spray or shortening in pan & a dusting of flour or white sugar) 9 x 13 cake pan. BAKE at 350* for 28 to 30 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. it wont be as springy as a regualr cake so it's best to toothpick test it.
