Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
How To Make holiday cranberry cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. If browning too quick, I turn oven down to 400. Use your own judgement. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Combine 6 tablespoons melted butter, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar together, then stir in the cranberries. Spread berries, evenly into prepared dish. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.

Step 3In another bowl, add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and 6 tablespoons of melted butter.

Step 4Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients and stir only until combined.

Step 5Spread evenly over cranberries. Place in oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Step 6Cool on rack and serve with whipped cream, or ice cream. Enjoy!
