Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 24 large marshmallows
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons creme de menthe
- 2 tablespoons creme de cacao
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint whipping cream
- dash green food coloring
- - toasted almond pieces (optional)
How To Make grasshopper angel

Step 1Prepare angelfood cake mix as directed, cool.

Step 2Cook together marshmallows until melted, be careful not to scorch in the pan. Cool.

Step 3Add Creme de Menthe, Cream de Cocoa and salt. Color to a deep green with the food coloring. Chill until mixture is cold and jelly-like.

Step 4Whip the pint of whipping cream. Add to this the green jelly-like mixture, mix well.

Step 5Split the cake into three layers. Frost with the whipped frosting and top all with toasted almond pieces.
