Grandma Murray's Carrot Cake

Ingredients

3 largeeggs

3 csugar
-
1 ccanola oil
-
3 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
3 tspground cinnamon
-
2 cshredded carrots
-
1 cchopped walnuts (vey necessary)

8 ozcan undrained crushed pineapple

2 tspvanilla
How to Make Grandma Murray's Carrot Cake
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Spoon into 2 greased 8-inch round cake pans or one greased 13x9x2-inch cake pan or 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour, 10 minutes (if using round pans or cake pan, time will be less so check with a cake tester or tooth pick after 25 to 30 minutes). Cake is done when tester comes out clean.
- Cool cake/loafs on wire rack for 10 minutes. Release cake/loaf from pan and cool completely. When cake is cool, frost with your favorite Cream Cheese frosting.
